Radish and Goat Cheese Crostini
•Ciabatta, baguette or sliced whole grain bread
•Radish, sliced thinly
•Fresh cilantro, chopped/torn
•Sesame seeds (both black and white pictured)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice bread diagonally into 1/4 inch pieces. Lightly brush bread with olive oil on each side. Add salt and pepper. Bake 15 minutes.
(Alternatively, just pop sliced bread in the toaster, or toast with olive oil in a frying pan).
Spread goat cheese on toasted bread. Top with radish, scallion and cilantro. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with sesame seeds.
